Hey! I’m Tian
Hey there! My name is Tian Qiu. I’m a professional photographer based in Toronto, Ontario. I started as a landscape photographer and eventually branched into weddings and commercial photography/videography. Photography is my love and passion and I strive to use my photos to tell a story. Whether I’m documenting my personal life or working with my clients, I always aim to create the best photos possible.
During my downtime, I love travelling to the Canadian Rockies. Those mountains have this unique feeling of calm and tranquillity. When standing among the giants, the scale of my surroundings makes me feel so insignificant. I think that’s why I love this place, all the noise fades away and you end up with this pure undisturbed, unfiltered, and uninterrupted beauty.
This is me, smirking on the inside, standing in front one of the most beautiful lakes in all of Canada. After quarantining in the city for over a year, getting lost and being spiritually intertwined with the vast and epic landscapes enabled me to develop a unique and profound perspective of this place on earth. Away, from the narcissistic social media we use every day, because here, the mountains won’t remember who I am.
